Michael Stonis

Stonis' pictures tend to be high key and story telling. Its as if he gets inside the world of his models and has them periodically pose during their daily routine. His work varies from excellent studio lit collections to raw, out of focus pieces. His personal work shows basically him and his buddies out on a bar kind of night. I'm glad he shows this side of photography on his website. Showing that he still uses his camera as a point and shoot instead of a professional tool all of the time. Some of the shots also show signs of film experimentation.
