Rosie Hardy is a UK based photographer who experiments with a lot of surreal/floating/dreamy images. She is talented with both camera and photoshop techniques making her images breath taking. She is currently attempting to do a 365 day project where she does a self portrait everyday (so far so good). I might be in love with her except in the one video she made evanescence was playing and judging from her pics of herself she definitely has a boyfriend... next time.
